Platform status (June 2026)
Adexcell backend: Steadfast consignment API is live in admin. Pathao API helpers exist (token + create order utils); admin one-click Pathao ships when merchant store/city/zone IDs are configured — until then use Pathao merchant panel and reconcile in admin. See docs/ECOMMERCE-PLATFORM-AZ.md.

Typical integration flow

Merchant registration → KYC/business docs → API credentials or panel access → map store pickup address → push order payload (name, phone, COD amount, area) → poll/webhook tracking → reconcile settlements weekly.

When API beats manual panel

Above ~30 orders/day, API reduces wrong-number waybills and saves 1–2 hours daily ops time — error rate drops sharply vs copy-paste from Messenger screenshots.
